Hastelloy C276 Perforated Coils (UNS N10276) is made of a nickel steel alloy that is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing atmospheres due to the high molybdenum and nickel content. In contrast, the chromium content provides resistance to oxidizing media. Our customers can also choose various sizes and shapes for these alloy C276 plates. These Alloy C276 Coils may undergo heat treatment up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (982 degrees Celsius) for one hour, oil quenching, ageing at 1325 degrees Fahrenheit (718 degrees Celsius) for sixteen hours, and air cooling.
Alloy C276 Slatting Coils can be drawn and produced satisfactorily under solution-treated conditions. It has a little higher stiffness than stainless steels like SS 316 and SS 310, and it work-hardens quickly. These alloy C276 perforated coils provide excellent high-temperature oxidation and consistent corrosion resistance.
The most popular alloy plate in the market is ASTM B575 UNS N10276 Plate. Precipitation, solid solution, and work hardening processes can all be used to quickly harden these sheets.
