Unsullied Alloy 201 Sheet, Plate can be used in continuous service up to 1140℃ and have excellent oxidation resistance as long as reducing sulfur fumes are not present. Alloy 201 Slatting Sheet, Plate have more excellent resistance to oxidation and equivalent corrosion resistance because of their high metal and nickel compositions. As a result, Alloy 201 Perforated Sheet, Plate retain more strength at higher temperatures than popular solid solution alloys like 304.
These nickel alloy 201 sheet plates components can be used with nitric acid to complete any application and are resistant to assault from phosphoric acid. Any of the weak bases do not affect these plates. These nickel alloy sheets are used in large concentrations and at extremely high temperatures without compromise. These nickel sheets and plates may shatter and etch if exposed to strong bases, such as sodium hydroxide, at high temperatures and concentrations. When chlorides and hypochlorite are present, this phenomenon is considerably more apparent.
